  • We act as an intermediary. When you apply for a loan through our platform, you are redirected to the lending company's own website or application to complete the process directly with them.
  • Loan terms are set by lenders. All interest rates, fees, repayment terms, eligibility criteria, and loan conditions are determined solely by the respective lending company. Robocash PH does not control, guarantee, or endorse any specific loan terms.
  • Information is for reference only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about loan products, the details displayed on our platform are for general informational purposes and may change without notice.
  • We do not guarantee approval. Displaying a lender's offer on our platform does not guarantee that you will be approved for a loan. Approval decisions are made entirely by the lending company based on their own criteria.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be a Filipino citizen or a resident of the Philippines.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Individual lenders may impose higher minimum age requirements (typically 21 years).

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Robocash PH with respect to the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written, between you and Robocash PH regarding the subject matter hereof.
